Woman allegedly spits in officer’s face

East Aurora

Tuesday, Oct. 30

A woman allegedly kicked and spit in an officer’s face as he was responding to a disturbance between two residents on Center Street. A driver on Center Street damaged a mailbox after hitting a deer. The deer became airborne and struck the mailbox.

Sheriff’s Report

Friday, Oct. 26

An unruly man at a bank on Bowen Road was told by deputies that he is no longer

allowed on the property.

A contractor who parked on Porterville Road was advised to move his trailer.

Saturday, Oct. 27

A wallet was found on Bowen Road and returned to its owner. A driver on Seneca Street missed a driveway entrance and drove into a ditch.

Sunday, Oct. 28

A driver on Route 400 lost control of a vehicle and struck the guardrail.

Tuesday, Oct. 30

Deputies were called to Porterville Road for a report

of cows blocking the road. The owner of the cows was able to move them out of the way.

One person was taken to Mercy Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following an accident on Bullis and Stolle roads.

Thursday, Nov. 1

• The driver of a tractor trailer missed the driveway while turning into Steuben Foods and went off the road.
