Nonprofits can apply for funding

The Junior League of Buffalo is accepting applications for its Community Assistance Small Grants program, open to organizations throughout Western New York. A maximum of $7,000 is anticipated to be available in funding, which the league may split between multiple applicants.

Nonprofit organizations directly engaged in improving the quality of life for vulnerable individuals throughout the region can submit a proposal detailing how they would use the funding to positively impact a significant number of community members.

Applications are available on the Junior League of Buffalo’s website, https://www.jlbuffalo.org/?nd=community_ assis tance_ grants, and must be returned to JLBCommunityImpact Grants@gmail.com by Nov. 16.

One or more awardees will be notified by approximately the end of January.
