EA man appointed to management committee

Loftis Loftis East Aurora resident Tim C. Loftis has been elected to the management committee for the law firm Bond, Schoeneck & King.

As a committee member, Loftis will be responsible for monitoring firm performance and providing overall long-range planning and strategy.

As a lawyer, Loftis has dedicated his practice to counseling for-profit and not-for-profit entities engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors.

He has also been a board member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership since 2000 and served as a chairman on the board from 2011 to 2014.

“Tim is a well-respected leader in his office and will bring fresh insights to the committee,” said Kevin M. Bernstein, chairman of Bond’s management committee. “Having representation from across the firm is important to bring local opportunities and ideas to us.”

Loftis holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
