Village Board election slated for March 21

Voters in East Aurora will head to the polls on Tuesday, March 21, for the village elections.

The terms of Trustees Deborah Carr-Hoagland, Peter Mercurio and Alfred McCabe are all set to expire this year. Mercurio will seek re-election under the Good Change party, while Carr- Hoagland and McCabe will not.

Those running for the board seats include Paul Porter, Kristin Cameron and Steve Lazickas. Porter is running under the Positive Pedestrian party, Cameron is running under the Planned Progress party and Lazickas will run under the Common Ground party.

Each trustee term spans two years.

Voters in East Aurora will be able to cast their ballots from noon to 9 p.m. on Election Day at East Aurora Village Hall, 571 Main St,, East Aurora.
