The Hilbert College baseball team will host a Spring Baseball Clinic on Saturday, Feb. 11. The clinic, held at Hilbert’s Hamburg campus, will be offered in two age-based sessions: 7-12 and 13-17. Special Teams Academy will be holding open kicking, punting and long snapping times for JV, varsity or college/pro athletes from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8 and 15, at the Buffalo Bills Fieldhouse, 1 Bills Drive, Orchard Park. The cost is $40 per session and includes up to three hours of on-field work and instruction. Sam Watts and Ben Woods will coach and monitor the event. Registration is open for Hot Shots Girls Lacrosse Day Camp, to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday, July 16 to Thursday, July 19 at Amherst High School’s athletic field on Westmoreland Drive in Amherst. Under the direction of Janet Battaglia, the camp is open to girls ages 4-18 regardless of ability or experience. The camp for 4 to 7-year-olds will run from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. There are opportunities for small group or individual lessons after the camp day.
